Return Policy – BE GLAM
At BE GLAM, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are the conditions for making a return.
1. Return conditions You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return a product to us.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be new, unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

All accessories, instructions and labels must be present and intact.
2. Return Procedure To return a product, please follow these steps:

5. Exchange BE GLAM does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order after returning the original item under the conditions described above.
